Supervises the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers.Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.Must possess good communication and customer service skills.Game knowledge/experience of at least two Pit Games required.Previous experience in a leadership position preferred.Basic knowledge of a Casino Credit system preferred.Must possess a valid Louisiana Gaming License.Responsible for the protection of the assets within assigned areas. Implement and ensure compliance with approved procedures, train, supervise, and monitor performance of employee to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift.
